Maintenance for the Grand Rapids Building Network Connectivity system

On Sunday August 16 at 5:00 AM, IT Enterprise Architecture Network team will upgrade firmware on network equipment in SPL ramp. This firmware upgrade is expected to take approximately 15 minutes. This work is remote, no building access needed.
Scope: Network equipment firmware update and reboot.

Expected Impact: Wired and Wi-Fi connectivity will be down during the upgrade period. Connectivity will be restored by 5:15 a.m.
