On Wednesday August 12 at 5:00 AM, IT Enterprise
Architecture Network team will upgrade firmware on network equipment in Battle
Creek. This firmware upgrade is expected to take approximately 15 minutes.
This work is remote, no building access needed.
Scope: Network equipment firmware update and reboot.
Date/Time: Wednesday 8/12/2026 at 5:00 a.m.

Expected Impact: Wired and Wi-Fi connectivity will be
down during the upgrade period. Connectivity will be restored by 5:15
