Maintenance for the Ally system

Ally will perform planned maintenance to apply database updates across all regions. During the maintenance window, the Institutional Report will be unavailable, and bulk, onboarding, and course sync processes will be paused. Other Ally features, including Course Reporting, Instructor Feedback, Configuration UI, and Alternative Formats, may experience brief delays or intermittent availability.
