Jeremy is an alumnus of Otterbein University (BA) and received his Master's of Education degree in College Student Personnel from Ohio University. Jeremy is a proud member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. He contributes to the fraternity and sorority life field by serving on the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors Region III Membership Team, the NASPA Fraternity & Sorority Knowledge Community Education Team Lead, and by facilitating leadership development programs for fraternity and sorority members nationwide. He is also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and is available to facilitate strengths-based programs and training for organizations at Grand Valley State University.

Alicen is a graduate of the University of Akron, where she received a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Financial Planning, and received her Master's of Education degree in College Student Personnel from Ohio University. Alicen is a proud member of Kappa Kappa Gamma. She enjoys spending quality time with her friends and loved ones and enjoys doing escape rooms with them in her free time. She has completed 26 escape rooms and hopes to do more as she explores Michigan!
