Prior to submitting your request for institutional data, please review the information already available on the OIA website. If you are unable to locate the information you are looking for, please complete this form.

If you are looking for student/faculty/staff individual-level data that is identifiable, please fill out the registrar data request form.

Our time frame for responding to data requests can vary depending on workload within our office and the complexity of your request. To ensure that we can meet your desired timeline, please submit your request at least 10 days prior to when the information will be needed.
