Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate
will take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. As a
Hotel Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing the highest
standards of cleanliness and service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting,
vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Handle guests' requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the laundering of linens and towels as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper, especially in a hospitality setting, is preferred.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.
• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Working quickly without compromising quality.
• Knowledge of English language.
• Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull required load (usually about 30 lbs)
Working Conditions:
• Full-time or part-time positions available.
• Work hours typically include mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
• Work is performed in a hotel environment, which may involve exposure to various cleaning
chemicals.
