The Poppy Peach is looking for a fun, friendly, outgoing, and reliable person to help sell our handmade earrings at the Christkindl Markt in Grand Rapids!

What You’ll Do

Represent The Poppy Peach with a positive, welcoming attitude
Sell and showcase our handmade earrings
Greet customers and help them find the perfect pair
Handle cash and credit card transactions
Keep the booth organized, stocked, and looking cute
Package purchases and provide excellent customer service
Help create a fun and festive shopping experience
Assist with setup and/or teardown as needed

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Loves talking to people and making customers feel welcome
Is dependable and comfortable working independently
Has great customer service skills
Is comfortable selling and recommending products
Can stay upbeat and energetic during a busy market
Has an eye for cute, creative things and loves earrings!
Retail or sales experience is a plus, but personality and reliability matter most

The Details

Location: Christkindl Markt — Grand Rapids, MI
Position: Seasonal / Temporary
Pay: Starts at $16/ hour but pay is based upon experience!
Schedule will vary! Market hours:

Market Hours

Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Thursday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Friday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Sunday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Monday & Tuesday: Closed (except for special final-week holiday hours leading up to Christmas Eve)

Qualifications

Retail or sales experience is a plus, but personality and reliability matter most.
Available for the November and December holiday season!
