Members of the Grand Valley community have until November 24 to complete the campus climate survey.

The survey, the sixth in university history, will represent a snapshot of what it's like for students, faculty and staff members to live, learn and work at Grand Valley.

Reminder emails will be sent this week to people who have not yet completed the survey. Kathleen VanderVeen, associate vice president for equity, policy and compliance, said if 60 percent of faculty and staff members complete the survey, an additional $2,000 will be added to a student scholarship fund.

Up to 12 awards of $1,000-$2,000 each in professional development funds will be awarded to people who complete the survey and wish to add their contact information at the end in a separate form.

More than 40 percent of the community responded to the 2015 survey. Organizers this time hope for 100 percent participation.

More information about the survey is online at gvsu.edu/mygvsu.
