Alumnus to speak at DNC

Dave Wils, '05, has been selected to address delegates at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia.

Wils, an 8th grade social studies teacher in North Carolina and a state delegate, will take the podium July 28 at 8 p.m. He is expected to talk about the teaching profession and student loans.

Wils earned a bachelor's degree in group social studies with a minor in history and teaching from Grand Valley.
