Week of events celebrates student leaders
Students leaders at Grand Valley will be recognized and celebrated
during the university’s annual Campus Leadership Week January 13-17.
Hosted by the Office of Student Life and Omicron Delta Kappa
National Leadership Honor Society (ODK), students are invited to
participate in a variety of events throughout the week, including the
“I am Grand Valley” Leadership Reception January 15.
The reception will celebrate a record-breaking 1,200 students
who received an “I am Grand Valley” award and the more than 400
faculty, staff and students who nominated students for the award. The
annual campaign has taken place for more than 10 years and is
celebrated year-round on the first Wednesday of every month when
students wear their “I Am Grand Valley” T-shirts.
