Family Weekend set for September 26-28

Families of students, faculty and staff members are invited to Family Weekend, September 26-28.  

The weekend, sponsored by the Office of Student Life, will feature dozens of events and activities that will take place on the Allendale Campus. The theme is "Wild, Wild West Michigan." 

The weekend kicks off Friday with Dueling Pianos at 7 p.m. in the Kirkhof Center’s Grand River Room. Saturday will start with a 5K, followed by the Kirkhof Roundup, which includes games, prizes and food, and will end with the football game against Lake Erie College at 7 p.m. in Lubbers Stadium. 

Other events include Grand Valley’s Shakespeare Festival, farmers market, golf outing and square dancing.
