Leadership Honor Society will host Grand Valley’s annual Campus
Leadership Week from January 23-27.
The week will kick off on Monday, January 23, at 7 p.m. in the
Pere Marquette Room of the Kirkhof Center with an event organized by
the LGBT Resource Center. “Occupy Wall Street: Lessons From the Front
Lines” will feature first-hand stories from author and speaker Sherry
Wolf about her experience in the movement. Click here

Networking 101: The Art of Small Talk
Tuesday, January 24, 4-6 p.m., room 2266, Kirkhof Center
Local employers will attend to facilitate conversation and give
students advice on how to leverage their networks to assist with
employment searches.
Sustainable Student Leader Workshop
Tuesday, January 24, 6:15-8:30 p.m., room 2270, Kirkhof Center
Participants will learn how to use the Triple Bottom Line
concept to be socially, environmentally and economically sustainable.
“I am Grand Valley” Leadership Reception
Wednesday, January 25, 2:30-4:30 p.m., room 2204, Kirkhof Center
This reception will honor “I am Grand Valley” nominees for their
leadership skills and contributions to the campus community.
Non-Profit Volunteer and Internship Fair
Thursday, January 26, 1-4 p.m., Henry Hall
Nearly 50 agencies from Grand Rapids that offer volunteer and
internship opportunities will be at the fair. Click here for more
