Michigan Lt. Gov. Brian Calley, a Grand Valley State University alumnus, will speak at a breakfast event May 10, sponsored by the Seidman College of Business. Calley earned an MBA from Grand Valley in 2000.
The event is free and open to the public; registration is required.

Calley is the second youngest lieutenant governor in
Michigan’s history. Before being elected to his current position,
Calley served two terms in the Michigan Legislature as a state
representative where he served as minority vice chair of the House Tax
Policy Committee.
Also at the event, the Seidman College
of Business and the Small Business Development & Technology Center
will recognize the “Michigan Celebrates Small Business” award
recipients from the West Michigan area.
