The West Michigan Science & Technology Initiative will hold its
annual SUMmIT10 event, exploring the impact of Health Care Reform on
innovation and entrepreneurship in the areas of drugs, diagnostics and
devices.
The event will be held Tuesday, September 28, beginning at 8:30
a.m., in Loosemore Auditorium at the DeVos Center, Pew Grand Rapids Campus.
While the law is still being debated, interpreted, and reduced
to regulations, the impacts on innovation, product development and
conducting business are becoming clear for these three areas of
interest. Speakers will discuss how this new law will likely affect
these areas in the future.
