Are you working on a dissertation, book manuscript, article, grant application, or other writing project? Do you need a quiet space in which to write, the support of colleagues who are also writing, and feedback to your work?
The Fred Meijer Center for Writing and Michigan Authors, on the Allendale Campus, facilitates day-long and week-long writing retreats for faculty and staff. The mini-retreats are held every other Friday afternoon, with the next opportunity on March 12, the Friday of Spring Break week. Week-long writing retreats are offered for faculty and staff in May and August each year. The next week-long retreats will be held May 3-7, 2010 and August 9-13, 2010. Registration form is due by April 16. Seats fill quickly, so register ASAP!
