Deputy Oakland County Executive Robert Daddow will visit West
Michigan to give his presentation, “A Perfect Storm,” a look at the
fiscal problems Michigan will face in the months and years ahead.
The event, sponsored by the Seidman Investment Portfolio
Organization and the Seidman Economics Club, will take place Tuesday,
October 12, at 6 p.m. in Loosemore Auditorium of the DeVos Center on
Grand Valley’s Pew Grand Rapids Campus, 401 W. Fulton St.
The event is free and open to the public. Media coverage is encouraged.
Daddow is a CPA who specializes in governmental finance and
accounting. As an adjunct scholar for the Mackinac Center for Public
Policy, he has researched and written on a variety of state issues
including the decline of the auto industry and drawn-out budget
debates in Lansing.
