Two Grand Valley State University economic experts will talk about
the West Michigan health care economic forecast as the new year
begins. The Alliance for Health will also hold a panel discussion
about health care predictions for 2011.
Hari Singh, professor of economics in the Seidman College of
Business, and Paul Isely, associate professor and chair of the
Department of Economics in the Seidman College of Business, will discuss:
“Trends in West Michigan Health Care”

The panel discussion, “Health Care Predictions for 2011” will
immediately follow, from 9-10 a.m.
Panelists include Richard Breon, CEO of Spectrum Health; Michael
Hampton, vice president for Raymond James and Associates; Dominic
Siciliano, president of West Michigan Area Health Underwriters; and
Susan Sevensma, director of medical education at Metro Health
Hospital. Valerie Lego, WZZM anchor, will serve as moderator.
