A visiting scholar will give an open lecture on "The Role of Europe
in the World."
Thomas Hoerber is from the Ecole Superieure des Sciences Commerciales
d'Angers (ESSCA) in Angers, France. He will be at Grand Valley through
April and plans to give other talks in political science and
communications classes.
His lecture is set for Tuesday, April 14, beginning at 4 p.m. in the
