GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The Van Andel Global Trade Center at Grand Valley
State University is holding a seminar for businesses looking to sell
products or services overseas but who have concerns about intellectual
property protection.

overseas and emerging issues. Speakers include R. Scott Keller and Mark
E. Spitzley of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP; Ryan Ong of the
U.S.-China Business Council; and Gregory E. Kalbaugh of the U.S.-India
Business Council.
The seminar is Friday, April 24 from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in Grand
Valley State University's Cook-DeVos Center for Health Sciences, 301
Michigan St. NE in Grand Rapids. Cost is $125 for VAGTC members and $225
for non-members. A $50 late fee will be applied after April 17. To
