Student found dead in off-campus apartment

A Grand Valley State University nursing student was found dead in her off-campus apartment on Saturday afternoon. Police say there is nothing suspicious about the death and that they do not suspect foul play.

A friend found 21-year old Linzy Duvall of Pinckney unresponsive at about 12:30 in the afternoon in her Mystic Woods apartment and called 911.

An autopsy is being performed today. Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department is handling the case.
