Reception planned for International Faculty and Friends

International Faculty and Friends will begin its series of monthly events with an opening reception on Thursday, September 10, from 4-6 p.m. in the Kirkhof Center, Grand River Room.

IFF offers offer GVSU faculty and staff unique opportunities to learn about international culture and cuisine over shared meals and short presentations. Monthly events are hosted by two faculty members and engage participants by connecting faculty and staff members across disciplines.

At the reception, President Thomas J. Haas will make opening remarks at 4:30 p.m. Light hors d’oeuvres and refreshments including a selection of beers and wines will be served. No RSVPs are needed. For more information about future IFF events, contact Ed Aboufadel at [email protected].
