The Padnos International Center hosted the annual Pineapple Awards, a
ceremony that recognizes Grand Valley faculty and staff member,
community members and students who advocate for international students
and enrich their experience while they are in West Michigan.
Awards were presented March 27 to Arlene Hecksel, writing department
faculty member; Claudia Bajema, director of Seidman College of Business
graduate programs; Doug Brown and Mary Daily Brown, community members;
and Rhea Andrews, student.
