Patricia Oldt, distinguished professor in Grand Valley State University's College of Education and administrator of special projects, was recently inducted into the Michigan Association of School Administrators Hall of Fame.
Oldt was selected by the Region 3 (West Michigan) superintendents. Recipients must be a retired superintendent who has shown outstanding leadership and dedication throughout his or her career and beyond. Oldt was superintendent of Northview Public Schools from 1993-2000.
Past recipients include Bert Bleke, former superintendent of Grand Rapids Public Schools, and Mike Washburn, former superintendent of Forest Hills Public Schools.
