Conference looks at business in China and India

A panel of experts will gather to offer advice on working in two of the world’s fastest-growing economies -- China and India — in a conference presented by Grand Valley State University’s Van Andel Global Trade Center.

The “Access China and India: Best Practice Conference” runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, June 20 in Grand Valley State University’s Cook-DeVos Center for Health Sciences, 301 Michigan St. NE in Grand Rapids. The conference brings current insider knowledge on China and India. In addition to country-specific information provided by legal, financial, cultural, and political experts, participants will hear from West Michigan businesses that have recently traveled to these two countries on trade missions funded in part by the U.S. Department of Education through the Van Andel Global Trade Center.
