Young love hits Grand Valley stage

The Main Stage Series of theatre at Grand Valley State University presents seven performances of a classic Italian farce, "The Servant of Two Masters." An ambitious, and a bit foolish, servant tries in vain to serve two troubled masters, one a disguised woman intent on finding her missing love who, as it turns out, is the other master. Another set of young lovers plans for marriage also hang in the balance. This Carlo Goldoni production is directed by Ian Borden and features characters, themes, the comic wit and slapstick style of the Commedia Dell'Arte tradition.
