Mileage policy updated

Grand Valley's mileage policy has been updated. The update clarifies mileage reimbursements for field supervisors and other employees with special circumstances where a principal business location is somewhere other than a university office.

It also clarifies that while it is preferable to utilizing the bus when practical, mileage between campuses is reimburseable. Mileage driven within a campus is not reimburseable except when required to transport special equipment. The DeVos Center, Eberhard and Cook-DeVos Center for Health Sciences are considered one campus.
