The Johnson Center of Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership will host a leadership conference for nonprofit board members and executives on September 15 in the Loosemore Auditorium of the DeVos Center.
"Governing Nonprofits for Success -- Govern as if Your Community Depends on It" will run from 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. The keynote speaker is Berit Lakey, senior governance consultant from BoardSource, who has more than 30 years of experience in the consulting, training, communications, and nonprofit management fields and has written several books on nonprofit governance.
