Dr. Hari Singh, chair of Seidman College of Business' economics department, will present his annual economic forecast for West Michigan -- a forecast that has become a much-anticipated annual benchmark of the local market. Singh will be joined by Robert Bach, national director of market analysis for Grubb & Ellis Co.
The breakfast event begins at 7:30 a.m. in the Loosemore Auditorium of the DeVos Center, 401 W. Fulton St. The presentations start at 8 a.m. In addition to Singh's forecast, there will be a summary of the commercial real estate market. The event is presented by Grand Valley State University's Seidman College of Business and Grubb & Ellis/Paramount.
