More than 30 factors were used to rate Grand Valley in four categories. The university was chosen based on data obtained from Grand Valley administrators and student surveys. The Princeton Review recommended only 150 colleges nationwide for excellence in academics, tuition costs, financial aid and student borrowing.
In September, Grand Valley was named as one of America's 100 Best College Buys for the 10th consecutive year by Institutional Research and Evaluation, Inc. in Georgia. Institutional Research identifies the 100 American colleges and universities providing students the very highest quality education at the lowest cost.
