These awards recognize faculty members who have made significant contributions to the university community and/or to the community beyond the campus. Only full-time, tenure-track faculty are eligible; self-nominations are not accepted. Previous awardees include Robert Mayberry, David Rathbun, Donald VanderJagt, Jean Nagelkerk and Patricia Underwood.
Nomination forms may be obtained from the online Faculty Handbook or from Kathleen Underwood ([email protected]), chair of the Outstanding Service Awards Committee. Completed nominations should be sent to the attention of Mary Albrecht in the Provost's office (24 JHZ).
