Coverage Op: Klohs addresses GVSU breakfast meeting

Birgit Klohs, president of The Right Place, Inc., will give a breakfast speech at Grand Valley State University. Her topic will be "West Michigan in the Global Economy."

Also at the breakfast, local companies honored by the Small Business Administration will be recognized. HexArmor, Highland Group, Holwerda Homes, Primera Plastics were all listed on the Small Business Administration's "50 to Watch" list; Keith Malmstadt of Great Lake Woods was honored as "SBA Small Business Person of the Year" and Dante Villarreal was named "SBA Minority Business Advocate."

The breakfast meeting is sponsored by the Seidman College of Business Alumni Association and is Tuesday, May 16, 2006 in the Loosemore Auditorium of Grand Valley's Pew Grand Rapids Campus. The event begins at 7:30 a.m., with the presentation beginning at 8. MEDIA COVERAGE IS ENCOURAGED.
