Grand Valley is bringing a heartwarming American classic to its stage
just in time for the holiday season. Beginning on November 15, the
Theatre program presents Mary Louise Alcott's 'Little Women.' The
much-loved Civil War-era tale begins on a memorable Christmas when
Marmee leaves to visit her sick husband and Jo sells her beautiful hair
to help finance the trip. The story continues as the four sisters -- Jo,
Meg, Amy, and Beth -- struggle to find their places in the world while
learning about themselves, true love, and the meaning of family.
