Last fall, the university hired Jan Olson from Towers Perrin, a
consulting firm specializing in compensation issues, to conclude a study
of salary equity among administrative and professional staff. Olson will
present a report of her findings at two open forums for all AP staff on
Monday, April 23. Two sessions will be held: one on the Allendale campus
from 2:30-3:30 p.m., and the other in 303 DeVos on the Pew Campus in
downtown Grand Rapids from 4-5 p.m.
