Retirement honors

GVSU President Arend D. Lubbers (right) presents retiring Vice President
for Finance and Administration Ronald F. VanSteeland with an honory
doctorate of humane letters during a convocation on March 29. Lubbers,
VanSteeland, and Provost Glenn Niemeyer (left) are all retiring this
year. Each has spent more than 30 years at GVSU.
