Relationship workshops are typically only given in the context of romantic couples, but what about relationships with your family? Your friends? YOURSELF? We often overlook how to be an good partner to ourselves. During this workshop, participants will clarify their own boundaries and needs, build communication skills, and develop their own tools on how to navigate relationships.
