As part of RecWell's Press Pause campaign:

Join us for a discussion panel where students can learn how burnout affects their lives, as well as how our society places so much pressure on succeeding in the future. With expertise and experience in mental health, empowerment, and advice for avoiding burnout and coping with academic expectations with American society - our panelists are happy to answer your questions about applying to grad school, succeeding academically and finding balance to avoid burnout! This event will take place via Zoom.
