Do you like working out or are interested in learning new workouts? Are you interested in joining a nationwide community of girls who are dedicated to uplifting each other and finding their fit? Then CHAARG is the place for you! We are an all-female health + empowerment group focused on finding our fit and loving our bodies the way they are. We hold weekly workouts with a wide variety of studios and socials to meet other like-minded women! If you're interested in learning more and/or agree with our message, come join us in Room 2263 at Kirkhof Center! We will also have a virtual information session on Sept 14 for those who can't make this session.

CHAARG aims to ignite a passion in college-aged girls for health + fitness. Too many college girls rely solely on an elliptical. CHAARG liberates girls from the elliptical + shows them that fitness can [+ SHOULD] be fun! Since everyone has a different preference of what fun is, we create opportunities for our CHAARG members to find their fit. We do this by partnering with local studios once a week to lead a workout, whether it be CrossFit, Pure Barre, or dancing and everything in between. Once a girl joins CHAARG, she is welcomed into a supportive + empowering community of 2,000+ members! When you workout, you feel good but when you surround yourself with people to support you, you feel even better. CHAARG combines good friends + a good workout to keep everyone feeling their happiest + healthiest self.
