Today Lauren Barber from Jackson National Life Insurance came to speak to us about internship opportunities. Lauren has been working at Jackson for the past three and a half years in the Human Resource department as a College Relations Program Specialist. The headquarters for Jackson is located in Lansing, Michigan. There are over fifty summer internships ranging over different disciplines at this location. These internships are paid and last twelve weeks starting in mid-May and ending in August. Jackson is looking for technical, science, and math based majors. The top two skills they are looking for when hiring interns is being able to work in a team and be able to solve problems. This company session with Jackson was very informative.
