Reordering Items on Blackboard

Blackboard screen may become scattered and turn grey. The item you are trying to rearrange bounces all over the screen or can't be moved. To fix this, you will have to clear your browser cookies and cache.
An additional work around is to use the Keyboard Accessible Reordering.
