Number of Attempts with Firefox on macOS

Workaround 1:
Select a different option first then select the option needed.
For example, if needing Multiple Attempts, first select Unlimited
Attempts then select Multiple Attempts. If multiple attempts is
selected correctly, the "Maximum Attempts" text box should appear.
Workaround 2:
Use a different supported browser such as Google Chrome or Safari
