This camp is for middle schoolers who like to write and will be entering grades 6-8 in the fall. We create a safe, fun, and creative community for young writers across four days. By studying witty and artful texts and spending time writing their own pieces, participants gain inspiration to keep writing all summer long.
The camp will meet on GVSU's Grand Rapids Pew Campus, Monday - Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Non-refundable payment is required to hold your spot. Tuition includes a t-shirt, notebook, and snacks provided each day of camp.
Summer Writing Camps is an outreach effort by the Lake Michigan Writing Project at GVSU to nurture young writers.
