Find all IBC meeting dates and submission deadlines for protocols requiring full board review below. Please make sure to turn in all required protocol materials according to the listed dates to allow for a timely review of your proposed research. While all reasonable efforts are made to review the research at the next scheduled IBC meeting, research may be tabled to be reviewed at a subsequent meeting if the agenda is already full.

All meetings are open to the public. If you wish to obtain the Zoom link for a meeting, please contact the Office of Research Compliance and Integrity at [email protected] at least 3 business days prior to the meeting. Note that meetings may be canceled if there are no protocols to review and no pressing business items.

Per federal regulations, institutions are required to publicly post the meeting minutes for all IBC meeting occurring on or after June 1, 2025. Meeting minutes for such meetings are found below.
