Join a lively and open dialogue between Dr. Sheldon Solomon (Skidmore College) and Dr. Corey Anton (GVSU) regarding the meaning of work in the 21st century.

Topics to be discussed include the perennial purposes of work; the role of money in social and psychological dynamics; the value of creativity, responsibility, and respect at work; the challenges employers and employees face in today’s workplace; and, the costs and benefits of individual’s desires to stand out as important.
