The Regional Math and Science Center, at Grand Valley State University, is one of 33 regional centers in the Michigan Mathematics and Science Centers Network. Collectively, these centers provide leadership, curriculum support, professional learning, and student services to educators in local school districts. Some centers also serve as a resource clearinghouse for educational materials and information, and work to foster community involvement in the areas of math and science. Michigan Mathematics and Science Centers Network supports the delivery of high quality mathematics and science education for the students of Michigan.

The Regional Math and Science Center is available to students, teachers, parents, school districts, business and industry, and other organizations interested and involved in mathematics and science education in the state of Michigan.

The Regional Math and Science Center is located on the Allendale Campus of Grand Valley State University.

The center provides resources and learning opportunities to:

  • Three West Michigan counties: Kent, Montcalm, and Ottawa
  • 36 public school districts, 485 buildings
  • Over 200,000 K - 12 students
