    Please bring the following paperwork completed to your first appointment: MEDICAL HISTORY | INFORMED CONSENT Appointments are available in 30, 45, and 60 minute increments.
For more information or to set up an appointment, contact the Wellness Center at (616) 331-3659. Appointment CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 24-HOURS IN ADVANCE. Individuals who fail to observe this policy will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to the price of the reserved massage. Chair massages are available for events. Requests can be submitted using the Service Request Form. |
