Alan Dunklow

Alan Dunklow graduated from Grand Valley with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2007. He was recognized by GVSU College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS) through the 2019 CLAS Distinguished Alumni-in-Residence program.

Alan taught in the Baltimore City Public Schools with Teach for America for three years before completing his law degree at the University of Maryland Francis King Cary School of Law. Alan now works as an assistant attorney general for the Maryland Office of the Attorney General. He also continues to put his teaching experience and expertise to work by teaching part time at his law school alma mater and by serving on the public education committee of the Bar Association of Baltimore City’s Young Lawyers Division.
