All Day Meeting Package
$40.00 per person
The day meeting package offers you ease in planning, generous variety, flexibility,
and the highest standards in quality. It will provide you with the assurance that there will be no
hidden costs or unexpected surprises - simply relax and enjoy your day.
The basic fee of $40.00 per person, per day includes the following facilities and services:
Conference Rooms
All rooms are fully carpeted with conference tables and upholstered chairs. The set up of classroom style or theatre style seating will include one skirted registration table, presenter's table, and lectern.
Conference Supplies
Writing tablets, pencils, and self stick name badges.
Audiovisual Equipment
Overhead projectors, 35mm slide projector,
standard projection screen, easels, and whiteboards with markers.
Refreshment Service
Our morning service includes a continental breakfast consisting of regular and decaffeinated coffee, hot tea, iced water, assorted fruit juices, breakfast pastries, and seasonal fresh fruit.
The afternoon service will include a selection from our themed break service menus.

Lunch
Menu selections are served formally on tables with linen and china.

Other Services
Professional meeting planners will be available to help arrange all your meeting needs. Other services include free parking, room signage, map of the facilities, and continued support throughout your event.
Additional Services
The conference center can make arrangements for uplinks or downlinks, video conferencing, videotaping, and technical support. Faxing and duplicating are also available.
Additional charges are incurred with these services.

Complete Meeting Package Luncheon Selections
The following choices include a fresh garden salad with choice of dressings, fresh European breads with butter, chef choice potato and vegetable, coffee, and iced water.
Italian Festival Buffet
Piping hot pasta served with a selection of three sauces. These include marinara with meatballs, pesto primavera, and chicken Alfredo. Served with Caesar salad and fresh baked European breads.
(Minimum 25 people)
Parmesan Crusted Chicken
A tender four-ounce boneless skinless chicken breast is cloaked in our secret sauce and combined with Parmesan seasoning making this one of our customer's favorites. Served with marinara sauce on a bed of penne pasta and tender green beans.
Chicken EnCroute
A boneless herbed chicken breast wrapped in thin sheets of buttered phyllo dough served with a Dijon mustard sauce. Accompanied by green beans gremolata (lemon, parsley and Romano cheese).
Baked Potato and Salad Bar
Your choice of sour cream, butter, cheddar cheese, bacon, steam broccoli, and sauteed mushrooms to top off steamy hot baked potatoes. Accompanied with a salad bar of gourmet greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, croutons, sliced zucchini and scallions with a trio of dressings. (Minimum 10 people)
The Deli Buffet
An ample assortment of roasted turkey, lean roasted beef, and honey roasted ham.
The deli buffet is completed with assorted cheeses, condiments, trimmings, and a fresh bread assortment. Served with your choice of pasta or potato salad and gourmet potato chips

Bowtie pasta served with a medley of delicately seasoned fresh vegetables
topped with a creamy Alfredo sauce or a light blend of the finest virgin olive oils
