A variety of beverages may be arranged to enhance any occasion.
We welcome special requests to give your event a personal flair.

Host Bar

The ideal situation when you desire to treat your guest. All drinks are 1oz. and charges
are determined by the brands selected and quantity consumed. Included are all mixes, ice,
glassware, and appropriate garnishes. There is no additional charge if beverage purchases
total $300.00 per bar. If this total is not reached, a bartender fee of $85.00 per bar will be charged.

Cash Bar

Guest purchase drinks at their own expense, and prices are based on the brands selected.
There is no additional charge if beverage purchases total $300 per bar. If this total is not

We stock a large selection of additional Liquors, Aperitifs, Brandies and Cognacs for your pleasure.
Feel free to ask for the selection and prices.

Wines & Champagnes

Add a note of gracious entertaining. In addition to our house selection, other wines are
available at your request. Our Client Services Manager will be happy to advise you.

Beers

A large selection of domestic and imports are available for you and your guests to enjoy.
For larger events, draft beer is also available.

Grand Valley State University is authorized by the Michigan Liquor Control Commission to
provide licensed beverage services at The Eberhard Center. Cocktails, beer and wine are
available to patrons of scheduled events. Licensed beverages are provided in conformance with
the requirements of the Michigan Liquor Control Commission. Grand Valley State University is
responsible for all liquor provisions and sales; no liquor may otherwise be made available or
brought on the premises.

Food and beverage prices do not include 6% sales tax or 20% gratuity.
