Luncheons

Hot luncheons include European breads with creamery butter, coffee, hot tea, and iced water.  An assortment of sodas can be made available for an additional charge.  Salads and desserts are ala Carte.   Luncheon selections are made available until 2pm.

Italian Flank Steak
 Chef carved Choice Flank Steak topped with Demi Glace,
 served with four cheese mashed potatoes and honey glazed baby carrots.

Port Balsamic Pork Loin
Pork loin braised in port wine and balsamic vinegar. 
Served with garlic mashed red skin potatoes and wilted spinach with carmelized onions.

Coq Au Vin
Our version of this classic French dish.  A boneless skinless chicken breast topped with a wine and herbed sauce with onions and mushrooms.  Served with roasted redskin potatoes.

Chicken Piccatta
Mild garlic sauteed breast of chicken medallions served with a tangy lemon caper sauce,
herb infused penne pasta and marinated asparagus.
$12.95 per person

Parmesan Crusted Chicken
A tender boneless, skinless chicken breast cloaked in our secret sauce and combined with Parmesan seasoning.  Served with marinara sauce on a bed of penne pasta and tender green beans.

Chicken EnCroute
A boneless herbed chicken breast wrapped in thin sheets of buttered phyllo dough served with a Dijon mustard sauce.  Accompanied by green beans gremolata (lemon, parsley and Romano cheese)

Apricot Ginger Chicken
A boneless, skinless chicken breast grilled to perfection and topped with a sweet apricot ginger sauce.  Presented with roasted rosemary garlic redskin potatoes and young baby carrots.

Chicken Alfredo
Fresh pasta topped with a creamy Alfredo sauce,
seasoned chicken breast pieces and roasted pine nuts.

Cheese Herbed Chicken  Tortellini
Cheese tortellini served with herbed chicken in a gorgonzola cream sauce.

Pasta Primavera
Bowtie pasta served with a medley of delicately seasoned fresh vegetables topped with a creamy Alfredo sauce or a light blend of the finest virgin olive oils.

Vegetable Lasagna
Our culinary staff specialty made from scratch!  A variety of cheeses, fresh vegetables and spinach blended with creamy Alfredo sauce and baked to perfection.

Lasagna with Meat Sauce
Our lasagna is a flavorful blend of pasta, cheeses, Italian sausage, and ground beef,
topped with our tangy marinara sauce.

Vegan Options
Vegan Chinese Rice Noodle Pad Thai
Sweet and sour rice noodles with bean sprouts, ground peanuts, red chilies, and scallions.

Vegan Vegetable Stir Fry with Tofu
Soy infused tofu with red and green peppers and bok choy and scallions.  Served over rice.
$13.50 per person

Vegan Tofu stuffed Portabella Mushrooms
A mixture of bell peppers, carrots, oregano, basil, walnuts, tahini, soy and tofu top a large Portabella mushroom.  Served with garlic mashed potatoes.

Specialty Lunch Selections

Italian Festival Buffet 
Piping hot pasta served with a selection of sauces. 
These include Marinara with meatballs, roasted vegetables with pesto, and Alfredo with chicken.
  Served with Caesar salad and fresh baked European breads.

Fajita Buffet
Thin slices of seasoned flank steak and southwestern seasoned chicken served
with six-inch flour tortillas, roasted peppers, chopped onions, shredded cheese,

   Taco Buffet
Ground beef and shredded chicken served with hard and soft tortilla shells,
lettuce and tomatoes, shredded cheese and sour cream.

The Deli Buffet
An ample assortment of roasted turkey, lean roasted beef, and  honey roasted ham.  The deli buffet is completed with assorted cheeses, condiments, trimmings and a fresh bread assortment.

Baked Potato and Salad Buffet
Your choice of sour cream, butter, cheddar cheese, bacon, steam broccoli, and sautéed mushrooms to top off steamy hot baked potatoes.  Accompanied with a salad bar of gourmet greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, croutons, sliced zucchini and scallions with a trio of dressings.

An assortment of Wrap Sandwiches:

Dried Cherries, gorgonzola cheese, pine nuts served with
