Luncheons

Hot luncheons include European breads with creamery butter, coffee, hot tea, and iced water.  An assortment of sodas can be made available for an additional charge.  Salads and desserts are ala Carte.   Luncheon selections are made available until 2pm.

Italian Flank Steak
Eight ounces of Chef carved Choice Flank Steak topped with Demi Glace, served with
four cheese mashed potatoes and honey glazed baby carrots.
$13.50 per person

Port Balsamic Pork Loin
Pork loin braised in port wine and balsamic vinegar.
Served with garlic mashed red skin potatoes and wilted spinach with caramelized onions.
$16.50 per person

Parmesan Crusted Chicken
A tender boneless, skinless chicken breast cloaked in our secret sauce and
combined with Parmesan seasoning making this one of our signature items. 
Served with marinara sauce on a bed of penne pasta and tender green beans.
$13.25 per person

Apricot Ginger Chicken
A boneless, skinless chicken breast grilled to perfection and topped with a sweet apricot
ginger sauce. Presented with roasted rosemary garlic redskin potatoes and young baby carrots.

Coq Au Vin
Our version of this classic French dish.  
A boneless skinless chicken breast topped with a wine and herbed sauce
with onions and mushrooms.  Served with roasted redskin potatoes.

Chicken EnCroute
A boneless herbed chicken breast wrapped in thin sheets of
buttered Phyllo dough served with a Dijon mustard sauce. 
Accompanied by green beans gremolata. (lemon parsley and Romano cheese)

Chicken Marsala
Mild garlic sauteed breast of chicken medallions served with Marsala wine sauce,
roasted redskin potatoes and cauliflower goat cheese au gratin.

Chicken Piccata
Mild garlic sauteed breast of chicken medallions served with a tangy lemon caper sauce,
herb infused penne pasta and marinated asparagus.
$12.95 per person

Chicken Alfredo
Fresh pasta topped with a creamy Alfredo sauce,
seasoned chicken breast pieces and roasted pine nuts.

Chicken Saltimbocca
Thin slices of chicken sauteed in butter topped with Proscuitto with white wine sauce
and served with slow braised red cabbage and stilton potatoes gratin.

Cheese Herbed Chicken Tortellini
Cheese tortellini served with herbed chicken in a gorgonzola cream sauce.

Portabello Mushroom Ravioli
Sweet lobster and herbs blended inside raioli served with Fontina cheese cream sauce

Pasta Alfredo
Fresh pasta toppd with a creamy Alfredo sauce, and roasted pine nuts.

Pasta Primavera
Bowtie pasta served with a medley of delicately seasoned fresh vegetables topped with
a creamy Alfredo sauce or a light blend of the finest virgin olive oils.

Vegetable Lasagna
Our culinary staff specialty made from scratch! A variety of cheeses, fresh vegetables
and spinach blended with creamy Alfredo sauce and baked to perfection.

Lasagna with Meat Sauce
Our lasagna is a flavorful blend of pasta, cheeses, Italian sausage, and ground beef,
 topped with our tangy marinara sauce.

Specialty Luncheon Selections
Specialty luncheons include European breads with creamery butter, coffee, hot tea, and iced water.  *The deli buffet does not include coffee service. Italian Festival Buffet
Piping hot pasta served with a selection of sauces. These include marinara with meatballs,
roasted vegetables with pesto, and Alfredo with chicken. Served with Caesar salad
and fresh baked European breads.

Fajita Bar
Thin slices of seasoned flank steak and southwestern seasoned chicken served with
six-inch flour tortillas, roasted peppers, chopped onions, shredded cheese, sour cream,
and Spanish rice. Accompanied by tortilla chips and salsa.

Taco Bar
Ground beef and shredded chicken served with hard and soft tortilla shells, lettuce and tomatoes, shredded cheese and sour cream. Includes Spanish rice, tortilla chips and tomato salsa.

The Deli Buffet
An ample assortment of roasted turkey, lean roasted beef, and honey roasted ham. The deli buffet is completed with assorted cheeses, condiments, trimmings and a fresh bread assortment.
Served with your choice of pasta or potato salad and gourmet potato chips.

Baked Potato and Salad Bar
Your choice of sour cream, butter, cheddar cheese, bacon, steam broccoli, and sautéed mushrooms to top off steamy hot baked potatoes. Accompanied with a salad bar of gourmet greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, croutons, sliced zucchini and scallions with a trio of dressings.

Wrap Sandwich Buffet
An assortment of Wrap Sandwiches:
Chicken Caesar Wraps, Turkey Club Wraps, and Oriental Wraps

Assorted field greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, and sliced mushrooms topped
with a parmesan crouton and served with a selection of dressings.

Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with our own delicious Caesar dressing,
home made croutons and Parmesan cheese.

Michigan Splendor Salad
Dried Cherries, gorgonzola cheese, pine nuts served with assorted baby greens
and a raspberry vinaigrette.
$4.50 per person

Food and beverage prices are subject to a 6% Michigan State sales tax and 20% gratuity.
